Requesting a ftp account and uploading content to our server signifies your acceptance that we do not permit content that endorses pornography or sexually explicit materials, copyright infringement, socially offensive or illegal activities, products, services, hatred, defamation, bigotry or other intolerance. Connect will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these terms. Users who upload offensive content may have their accounts terminated without notice. Users who have their accounts terminated for misuse fall under the terms of Network Abuse in our dialup user contract, and as such are ineligible for any refund.

Connect reserves the right to remove any content from our servers without warning. Your web space is public and may be checked at any time by Connect staff. Should authorities request the contents of your site, we will cooperate fully. Additionally, you may not password protect any part of your free web site.
