Here, you'll find some of my favorite shots...  there's many more but let's face it,

a web space only allows you so much area.  I'm finding that I can fill that in no

time flat--- and with great ease, too I might add :)  The camera I use is a

Pentax K-1000, all manual and has been with me for many years --- 

just guessing I'd say 15 or longer. With it comes filters, lenses, tripods,

gadgets and gizmos that travel with me most everywhere I go.  It's frozen time

and has given me memories that I would have otherwise probably forgotten.

Granted, I'm no professional --- still, I have a great love for photography....

simple things that we take for granted each day with our eyes can been seen

almost magically through the lens of a camera. A drop of dew on a leaf... 

a field of  wildflowers... the morning light on a spider web...

So, take a stroll through a small piece of my memories and try

to see them as I do.

A water lily floating in my goldfish pond and a hummer caught in flight on my carport.   If you've never had the pleasure of having these tiny birds grace your  backyard you've no idea what you're missing!

A jack-o-lantern I carved a few years ago.

I love the contrasting greens and the light that hits the web just right. Both taken while wandering around in my backyard.
